■Asset Management
・ Responsible for supporting senior asset managers in achieving the various objectives of the assets under management, including preparation of the annual budget and present annual property strategic plans.
・ Review periodically property reports and track operating performances.
・ Oversee and assist in the budget process and preparation of annual strategic plan for each property.
・ Prepare, coordinate, and review periodic internal reports and respond to various requests from the Portfolio Management team.
■Disposition
・ Responsible for assisting senior asset managers during disposition of assets including agent selection, negotiation with buyers, preparation of PSA with lawyers and execution of asset disposition.
・ Prepare disposition approval memo and get approval from investment committee.
・ Communicate with lenders, trust banks and other third parties to get required approval for disposition.
■Financing
・ Monitoring of debt covenants and performing periodic covenants test

- 必須

・ Bachelor’s degree is required.
・ Basic understanding of real estate terms and concepts such as net leases, gross leases,contracts, rent, operating expenses, and capital expenditure.
・ Awareness of portfolio goals and ability to develop and monitor specific plans for individual investments that contribute to these goals.
・ Capability of simultaneously handling multiple assignments and to direct and monitor the activities of others on systematic bases.
・ Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
・ Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and Word.
・ English communication skill is required (Business level spoken and written English communication skills required.).
