Collaborate with CX Group Managers, Sales Division, Marketing Division, and other divisions to improve customer satisfaction and achieve targets.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1
Formulation and introduction of sales strategies and tactics. Together with Strategic Planning Mgr, we deliver valuable data-driven insights to achieve business goals.
2 Periodically grasp and analyze the results of sales activities, confirm progress toward goals and KPIs, and report to stakeholders. If there is a gap, raise the problem/issue and propose a solution
3 As a business administrator of SFE-related platforms (CRM, data analysis tools, etc.), we grasp the needs of businesses and users (sales departments, etc.), and by collaborating with globals, ASPAC regions, and IT, we can build high-value business infrastructure and realize timely information distribution.
4 Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) related projects in collaboration with AP regions and IT.

・Creation of materials (Excel, PPT intermediate level or higher)
・Task extraction by data analysis, opportunity examination and proposal
・English level of reading and writing in business (if possible orally). Ideally, AP should be able to make proposals and negotiate with stakeholders, but if there is a gap with the current situation, consideration will be given to room and motivation for future growth

EXPERIENCE
- Data analysis and management (more planning experience is a plus)
- Advance experience in CRM/SFE tools

- Work experience in the healthcare industry, especially ophthalmology field a plus
