As a Director - Asset Management, you will be a critical part of the Asset Management team on all new acquisitions and existing assets across product types throughout Japan. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the leasing and operations/property management to develop short- and long-term strategies designed to maximize the value and tenant satisfaction of each asset.
- Oversee 3rd party asset managers for the existing Hines Japan portfolio.
- Oversee the formation of a licensed Hines asset management platform in Japan.
- Provide input and close coordination with the acquisitions and development management teams on new business pursuits and development.
- Create annual property valuation analyses for each asset. Perform market analysis to develop leasing objectives, operating and financial budgets, project plans, and annual plans.
- Monitor property operating and financial performance to ensure established goals and objectives are being achieved.

応募資格

必須: - Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- Ten or more years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with strong asset management experience, leasing/marketing activity oversight, and execution of strategic plans.
- Native Japaneses and business level English.
- Possess the highest degree of integrity. Be a risk taker.
- Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and listening skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills capable to undertake detailed analyses and make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations.
- Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines.
