グローバルでの不動産マーケットリサーチ■Key Responsibilities
・Analyse the impact of macroeconomic drivers and capital market trends on Japanese property market, with a strong emphasis on the logistics and residential sectors.
・Build, maintain and improve relevant real estate databases update chart books, slide decks, etc.
・Participate in the bi-annual House Views process, leading our view on Japan.
・Write and edit research sections for fund reports and external publications.
・Assist in drafting acquisition/disposition research reports for Japanese assets.
・Ensure the research team and other key stakeholders are kept up to date with industry trends.
・Attend Investment Committee meetings(Zoom)and respond to research questions related to Japan and its local markets.
・Deliver client presentations on the Japanese property market.
・Support our listed and indirect unlisted business lines in Japan.
・Service ad hoc requests.

■Skills/Experience Required
・Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English.
・Bachelors degree(minimum)from a 4 year college or university in economics, finance, statistics, real estate, or related subjects. MBA or graduate degree in real estate preferred.
・5-7 years of experience as a Senior Associate or Director of capital/investment markets, real estate or other asset classes.
・Excellent command of verbal and written English and Japanese.
・Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with large/complex datasets.
・Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, are essential. Experience with other data analysis/visualisation packages, programming languages, or GIS mapping would be desirable.
・Client-facing presentation experience.
