• Provide office administrative support as to assign such as word processing, proofreading, mailings)
• Facility inspections and repairs for air conditioning, drains, electricity, fire protection
• Coordinate internal and external events
• Collaborate closely with other departments
• Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
• Attendance management (compilation, analysis, and reporting of overtime, holiday work, and paid leave accrual data), payroll calculation
• Liase with relevant vendors and ensure contracts are mutually agreed
• Preparation of firefighting plans and other documents, implementation of evacuation drills

• 3 years of Administration and/or Operation experience
• Has growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Hands-on and very strong problem solving skills
