仕事内容: Supervise Air Operation, working with Sales reps and Airport office.

(1) Operation
• Manage staff members in the department to proceed with the full process for a shipment, from
start to finish, safely and efficiently.
• Assign jobs (Sales Orders) to the staff members in the department.
• Manage profit by assisting Sale Reps to provide RFQ to our clients and ensuring the delivery
within the budget.
• Manage conditions with airline and other subcontractors, exploring new business partners.
• Work on strategies to improve the productivity in the department.
• Work closely with airport offices across branches.
• Respond to cases that the transit and delivery is not made on time with respective members.
• Achieve targets of C1 milestones in the department.
• Manage checking billing amount in invoices from business partners.
• Manage sending our invoices to customers.
(2) HR Development
• Develop the culture, values and skills focused on the essence of the organization.
• Conduct performance evaluation for direct reports.
• Develop career plan and trainings program.

必須: QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
• IATA DG Certificate
• RA Instructor Certificate

歓迎: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics and or transportation industry
ADDITIONAL:
• Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Team, and other Operation staff members, to drive
business across branches.
• Handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
