仕事内容: Expand products within the target facility and support the sales process to new target customers using clinical knowledge.
* Train the medical team (radiation therapists, urologists, physicists, nurses) in cooperation with the sales team.
* Responsible for safely guiding the preparation and application of SpaceOAR in all the different environments in which the product is used.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Educate customers on safe preparation and use of SpaceOAR.
* Creates training materials and accessories tailored to local needs and revises as necessary.
* Communicate the benefits of the product to all key team members of the facility.
* Assess the skill level of physicians using SpaceOAR and improve their confidence and proficiency.
* Ensure that all users are certified and understand how to prepare and place the product, and have them perform their own procedures without supervision.
* In the treatment of prostate cancer with radiation therapy, cooperate with sales so that this product can be used on a daily basis.
* Promotes relationships between all team members of facilities that use SpaceOAR.
* Assist nurses and physicians in becoming proficient in the areas of product, procedure, anatomy, and troubleshooting of the use of SpaceOAR.
* Works with the sales team to help them complete the sales cycle to target new customers and start mentoring new targets.

フィットする人物像: Prerequisite

【Educational background】

* 4-year university undergraduate degree is desirable
* Those who have a nursing license or clinical support experience at a medical device manufacturer are also acceptable.

【Experience】

* At least 3 years of experience in the medical field, including clinical trial experience, sales, nursing, physics, and other radiology or oncology-related experience (physician assistant, technical support, etc.).

【Knowledge/Skills】

* Work experience in cooperation with doctors and nurses
* Experience working in hospital operating rooms and outpatient services
* Good communication skills
* Ability to direct and coordinate the actions of doctors and nurses
* Manage people in high-pressure situations within the group
* Ability to think for oneself and solve problems
* Business English [Writing and Reading] is a plus.
* Ideally, ultrasound diagnosis should be understandable or familiar
