日本における電力システムチームのアカウント全体を管理し、EPCやエンドユーザーとの関係を維持しながら、MV ED製品およびデジタルサービスのパイプラインを生成し、取引成立の役割を担っていただきます。We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage locally the whole Account Managers in Power System team in Japan and to maintain relationship with EPCs and End Users to generate pipelines and close deals of MV ED products and digital services.
What will you do?
・Generate pipelines & close deals with MV ED products such as switchgear and transformers & digital services
・Work closely with stakeholders such as tendering, execution team in region and other BU to win deals and to build relationships with customers
・Animate account plans
・Build relationship with EPCs and End Users
・Understand internal tool gate process & lead approval process
・Adapt, deploy and follow-up the execution of the BU Playbook
・Drive project teams to win with clear winning strategies
・Hand over to execution team after awarded

- 必須
-
・Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
・3+ years’ sales experience, with a track record of successful in project business such Oil & Gas or EPC
・Knowledge on Electrical Devices
・Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and Japanese

・Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
・Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
・Skills to use sales tools such as Sales Force
・Demonstrate written and oral communication skills required to write formal reports of findings
・Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
・Personal qualities such as: self driven, autonomous, influential, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creativ
