Collaborate with support functions, (Service Management, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, BU leadership) to develop an effective, valuable commercial approach to enable the business.
Handle price and product mix performance: implement corrective actions / growth measures where vital.
Maintain and nurture top level customer relationships with a hands-on approach, and act as the resolution point for all customer and system issues. Represent GSD-CSD APJ at the senior level during key customer negotiations.
Work across the local/regional and global organization to develop and align actions and processes to provide differentiated customer value and enhanced customer satisfaction through the Customer Allegiance Scoring (CAS) program.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Regional and Global teams in developing and implementing a strategy that leads to increased customer value creation and market share gain.

Qualifications & Experience
At least 10 years of proven experience and track record in a commercial sales or marketing management role, preferably within the Life Sciences industry
University degree or equivalent tertiary level industry qualification
Skills & Attributes
Proven understanding of financial and business operations with confirmed ability to drive margin expansion and operational improvements.
Ability to develop creative growth strategies and guide successful execution.
Relevant experience in leading business functions with minimum of 5 years of P&L general management experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and lead employees to achieve performance objectives
