A global luxury hotel chain is looking for a Restaurant Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure quality service and sanitation standards
* Build strong working relationships with team members
* Ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and procedures
* Encourage staff in providing excellent services
* Oversee customer complaints
* Acquire customer feedback by meeting with guests during meals
* Develop training programs and establish performance goals for subordinates
* Collect employee feedback to review and improve employee satisfaction
* Communicate effectively across the organisation via phone, email and in-person
* Support staff during meal period and peak hours as needed
* Handle finance for the department, including purchasing and payment of invoices
Requirements:
* High school diploma or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or equivalent
* 2+ years of professional experience in food and beverage, culinary or other similar domains
* Basic computer proficiency
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Good understanding of finance and accounting
* Possess good oral, reading, and writing comprehension
