An international pharmaceutical firm is searching for a Field Marketing Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Gather knowledge of the market, competitors, and customers for efficient and sustainable product positioning
* Partner with global product management teams to align local product positioning
* Handle regular reporting of competitor products and pricing
* Develop and execute a marketing operational plan with the outside marketing team
* Monitor project status and resolve issues that may arise
* Provide sales support to the sales and service team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science-related field
* Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in life science or biotech
* Prior product management or filed marketing experience
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
* Skilled in personal computer software
* Background in revenue forecasting, market analysis, and customer analysis is a plus
* Native level Japanese; business level English
