An international company that supplies specialty instruments is searching for a Lab Sales Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Act as a market development manager in microelectronics, MP applications, etc.
* Perform market analysis to identify prospective business opportunities
* Oversee the assigned OEM business and generate new partnership opportunities
* Handle negotiation of complex deals with clients
* Prepare quality reports when necessary as well as regular business forecasts
* Formulate and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales goals
* Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
* Manage appropriate and timely escalation of customer claims to sales manager
Requirements:
* 5+ years of technical sales experience in the high-tech industry
* Proven skills in professional sales
* Skilled in MS PowerPoint
* Knowledgeable with CRM software (SFDC is ideal)
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Experience in challenger sales is ideal
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
