Key Responsibilities:
* Work with relevant internal stakeholders (commercial leaders in the BU, function leaders, data analysts, digital, IT and etc) on identifying business issues to resolve.
* Design and implement capability and methodology for commercial SFE/CRM/BPM practices in Medical Japan, in collaboration with both BU and function stakeholders.
* Rollout the capability and ensure integration into business processes as well as continuous improvement of the process and capability.
* Ensure change management on new way of capability and methodology into BU organizations with other relevant teams.

This is a business lead position for accomplished project managers or consultants with proven success in SFE, CRM, and BPM initiatives.* Success for this position will be assessed by criteria that include but are not limited to:
* Work as an in-house consultant with sales team & commercial leaders to conduct strategic projects.
* Act as the commercial excellence 'expert' with broad oversight of CISO and CME activities for the BU.
* Drive coordinated problem solving alongside BU to ensure resources are deployed against critical business problems.
* Lead, organize, coordinate and direct efforts of interdisciplinary and cross BU/functional teams for making the BU successful.
* Successfully interfacing with BU, IT, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
* Measurable improvements to operational effectiveness/efficiency and other key performance metrics.
* Evolving processes, systems, to strengthen organizational capabilities and improve organizational performance
* Building/maintaining effective partnerships with senior leaders and commercial teams.
