『 Legal Counsel 』■Main Responsibilities:
• Act as a partner of the selected Operating Units and provide legal counseling to achieve their business objectives. Work includes advice on M&A, contracts with customers and business partners, Product Liability, patient and customer claim handling, and litigation management.
• Identify and address Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Law issues to ensure the regulatory compliance.
• Counsel on the handling of intellectual property issues as they arise in physician collaboration, M&A and other business alliance initiatives.
• Drive the company wide efforts to mitigate FCPA and other compliance risks through development and implementation of compliance policies. Issues include distributor risk management, patient privacy, and product promotion.
• Plan and conduct employee and customer compliance and legal trainings. Training subjects will include antitrust, FCPA, privacy, external communication, and business conduct standards.

・ Minimum 10 years of legal experience
・ Strong ability to develop collaborative relations with the team and clients
・ Strong ability to work independently
・ Strong ability to lead and manage cross functional projects
・ Strategic thinking and strong ability to balance legal and business objectives
・ Fluency in English

・ Admitted to practice law in local or foreign jurisdiction preferred.
