■Mission Statement
- Responsible define, lead and deploy digital marketing strategies and plans in Japan in order to increase awareness and desirability of the brand in Japan through global brand & product website (.com) and social media in line with corporate strategy and guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets on e-commerce ensuring development of customer experiences and services on the site to create happy customers from online to offline.
■Main Responsibilities
- Integrate and cultivate digital opportunities into overall Marketing plan, and develop and execute digital campaigns and review the performance.
- Coordinate local marketing and others in defining and customizing social media and digital campaigns.
- Adapt Global Strategy to local practices and deliver a consistent and resultdriven digital marketing communication plan on annual basis. Be the voice for Japan market and customers.etc..

■Education:
University Graduate or equivalent proficiency
Numerate degree (Marketing, Economy, Business, Finance statistics)
■Experience:
Minimum 5 years, with good knowledge of the digital marketing field in Elegant Sporty Goods, Fashion, Luxury or FMCG market with e-commerce and social global brand’s experience.
■Skills/Abilities:
Agility to digital media and customer behaviors: always seek for the newest means to engage with customers on digital.
Strong presentation and well communication skills to key stakeholder.
Commercial awareness and interest : be aware of what is going on in the market With attitude of young, fresh,progressive, out of box and creative mindset with highly interest to Sports, Fashion, Art, Music and Watch and Jewelry.
■Language:
Business English is a must-have skillset.
