A global provider of workspaces is looking for a Broker Channel Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Prepare reports on pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
* Achieve sales targets and generate profits in assigned accounts
* Foster strong client relationships with designated accounts to identify customer needs
* Collaborate with third party advisors to drive sales opportunities
* Oversee consistent customer experience with operations and sales team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
* Previous office lease experience in real estate brokerage
* Background in B2B solutions, service sales, and business development
* Proven track-record in managing large deals and exceeding targets
* Expertise in selling to large companies
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
