A leading law firm founded in North America is hiring a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop trusted relationships with key partners, counsels, and associates
* Become a trusted advisor for lawyers and colleagues across the network
* Plan and execute business development and marketing plans as well as business strategies
* Oversee various projects simultaneously
* Work closely with client development team to implement initiatives with high growth customers
* Coordinate with offshore teams to exchange knowledge and support in terms of branding, communications, events and e-commerce
* Recruit, train and build a strong team and BD professionals in Tokyo
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Demonstrated experience in professional services BD or marketing, preferably in the energy and infrastructure sector
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Expertise in project management and proofreading
* Ability to interact with people from all organisational levels
* Fluent level Japanese and English
