An award-wining software company is searching for a Workplace Experience Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Search as a workplace site coordinator and oversee site operations and workplace projects
* Act as a point of contact for office management
* Drive desk management and partnering across the organisation
* Enhance and support hybrid working and strategies
* Develop trusted relationships with key business partners, including IT, finance, people, etc.
* Assist in vendor management, landlord and office building management
* Lead future office move or expansion projects
* Take part in organising internal events such as office parties, all hands and industry meet-ups
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a workplace position
* Background in change management, administration and vendor management
* Prior experience as a site lead is ideal
* Expertise in office moves and build outs
* Understanding of working in offices and hybrid work
* Problem-solving and relationship-building skills
* Computer skills in Mac, Keynote and G-Suite
* Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is preferred
