A global beauty brand is searching for a Business Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Oversee sales and financial performances
* Take part in business planning processes with all stakeholders
* Utilise SAP application with required schedule management
* Create reports on financial insights based on KPIs, and deliver to local management
* Assist in key projects, including IT related reporting tool enhancement, gross-margin monitoring, working capital management, etc.
* Identify areas of improvement to drive efficiency and standardisation
* Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure effective inventory management from a financial perspective
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Demonstrated work experience as a business analyst or controller at a global company
* Background in cosmetic or beauty is advantageous
* Expertise in IFRS and JGAAP
* Excellent presentation skills
* Written and spoken Japanese and English proficiency
