As the VP of Marketing, you will bring your expertise to ensure the brand's multichannel sales performances and brand awareness/recognition. You will report to the GM in Japan and work closely with cross-functional teams internally such as Merchandising, EC, Retail, and Sales, and externally such as vendors, agencies, wholesale partners and licenses. On top of that, you will need:
・ Over 10-15 years of marketing and merchandising: deep understanding about product development
・ develop/review P&L, division budgets,
・ Highly strategic and data-savvy/driven: being able to translate data -> concrete GTM actions
・ Native Japanese, business to fluent level English mandatory (working relationships with APAC teams)
