A Customer Service Manager position is now open at a multinational industrial manufacturing company. The chosen candidate will drive business budget, booking and sales achievements.
仕事内容
A Customer Service Manager position is now open at a multinational industrial manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:

* Hire and train a team of professionals to deliver the company's services
* Report to the CEO and communicate with internal directors and managers
* Implement business growth strategy with the assigned team
* Generate ideas and drive initiatives to grow business

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in business management is ideal
* 15+ years of work experience in the machinery service sector
* Successful track record of growing company's aftermarket business
* Valid work permit in Japan
* Fluent level Japanese and business level English
