Answer all phone calls in a professional manner, take messages or assist directly when appropriate.
General administrative support including creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordination of internal and external meetings to include room reservation, equipment set-up, catering, and meeting material preparation (presentations, agendas, and any other required documents); Manage supply and stationery requests for department, including letterhead, envelopes, business cards and other office supplies.
Distribute daily mail to appropriate team members.
Ad-hoc assignments as requested. • Main EA for Australia VP
Expense report for stakeholders
Inventory and purchase management office and pantry supplies
Internal & External postal management (post office, FedEx)
Assisting in onboarding process (preparation for new employee
Arranging offsite meetings
Managing of internal and external communications and correspondence.

Computer skills (email domestic & international correspondence, be able to assist in Power point presentations)
Bachelor's/University degree
Professional experience at management consulting companies, investment securities, asset management and related industries will be preferred. (NOT A MUST)
