A leading education firm is looking to hire a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Work with internal colleagues to implement projects
* Design an effective product stack available in the market
* Build a strong potential candidate database to seek new business opportunities in Japan
* Lead the sales process through high level of complexity
* Communicate with both local and global colleagues
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions
* Professional experience working with education products or HR stakeholders
* Ability to oversee end-to-end B2B sales processes autonomously using consultative approaches and conduct needs analyses
* High-level negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the HR or L&D customer market
* Fluent level Japanese and intermediate level English
