IT Business User Enablement / Sr. Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsibility for solutions of Business User Enablement for all Universal Music Japan employess, communicating with Global IT in LA. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technology leaders, and user enablement team members in Global IT to ensure project goals are met.
• As part of the Global IT to deliver and manage overall IT value to Universal Music Japan
• Responsible for all local systems of Office tools/solutions in coordination with Global IT team
• Responsible for building and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained and measured against established SLA
• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing continuous improvement of IT customer service
• Responsible for managing outside IT solution vendor to keep best support level from them

• Solid project management skills – the ability to multi-task, excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work with a global, team environment.
• Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives.
• Strong, confident presence, facilitation skills in front of a room and over web conference, credible in front of executive audience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to multitask.
• Change Management skills/experiences would be highly required
• Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening and influencing.
• Strong customer focus; able to translate and connect customer’s business needs to training offerings that are effective.
• Ability to work collaboratively, establish excellent relationships with partners and extended training team.
• Results and success-oriented with strengths in problem solving and development of solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability in Japanese/English to communicate ideas and information effectively, clearly and concisely.
• Fluency both in Japanese and English is required
• Cross cultural experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skill to “think outside the box” is vital
