Your new role
* Partners with internal recruiting and HR members and assist with the onboarding.
* Manage a team through day-to-day workload and support recruiters and stakeholders across functions.
* Ensure you develop and mentor new hires.
* Set team goals and ensure that targets are achieved.
* Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment cycle.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experienced in high-volume of scheduling.
* Over 2 years of in-house recruiting experience in international company.
* Highly organized and very attention to detail.
* Professional in Coordination in terms of scheduling and tracking team's KPIs.
* Ability to work under pressure, resilient and capable of problem solving.
* Able to handle high volume of calendar management.
