A major brand in the automotive industry is searching for a Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage timeline and project quality
* Ensure projects are delivered on time with adherence to expected scope and budget
* Lead site management during the product delivery, installation and testing stages
* Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure successful project execution
* Assess specification and tender documents with colleagues
* Attend customer visits for commercial and technical assistance
* Provide advice and consultation to clients regarding project solutions
* Manage and interact with purchasing and external suppliers
* Deliver customer project related documentation and presentations
Requirements:
* Bachelors' degree in industrial engineering or electrical engineering
* 5+ years of experience as a project manager
* Project management certification such as PMP IPMA or equivalent
* Expertise in internal project management, constructions site installation, site supervision and commissioning and electrical installations
* Understanding of electrical power system and genset control system is a plus
* Interpersonal and organisational skills
* MS Office competency
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally
* Valid work permit in Japan
* Fluent level Japanese and English
