Your new company
Global IT consulting firm, Fortune500 Top 40, is now looking for an additional new legal member to join their firm due to the gradual come back of consulting markets aligned with their business expansions here in Japan.
Your new role
Legal consultation and support of any legal matters, contract management, litigation/dispute support, merge & acquisitions projects. Also including management in core compliance as to risk management including internal training and so on.
What you'll need to succeed
A good hands-on experience and skills in handling English contracts and agreements, a minimum of 5 years or more experience in corporate legal dept and business knowledge on Japanese regional corporate law. It would be a plus, if you have any experience working on IT projects or companies.
