A major European supplier of audio devices is hiring an E-Commerce Manager.Responsibilities:
* Build and implement yearly e-commerce strategies
* Oversee various operational e-commerce tasks, including price management and product set up on Globale, Shopify, Sennjet
* Meet sales and profitability goals
* Monitor and review performance metrics for sales, website, etc. and initiative improvements
* Ensure forecast reliability for sales, profit and growth
* Handle customer service queries
* Drive direct marketing execution to boost qualified traffic to the store
* Submit sales and marketing status reports to global e-commerce management
Requirements:
* 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in the consumer electronics market
* Experience in e-commerce growth strategy planning and execution
* Expertise in SEM, email marketing, retargeting, and affiliate programs
* Experience in online merchandising and assortment planning
* Budgeting and vendor management experience
* Ability to develop trusted relationships across the group
* Ability to handle highly detailed processes
* Outstanding analytical and project management skills
* Ability and willingness to travel when needed
* Advanced written and spoken English and Japanese proficiency
