Review of various contracts and agreements supporting each consulting business units. The legal documents will be handled in both Japanese and English languages. Internal/External coordination and management will be necessary of negotiation and liaising with internal Counsels and Business side.

Tier 1 Global Consulting firm is looking for a Staff/Manager level Contract Reviewer to join their team due to business expansion of the frontside business units.
Your new role
Review of various contracts and agreements supporting each consulting business units. The legal documents will be handled in both Japanese and English languages. Internal/External coordination and management will be necessary of negotiation and liaising with internal Counsels and Business side.
What you'll need to succeed
5 years or more experience in Contract/Legal document review, ability to handle Legal documentations in Japanese and English languages.
