An international industrial group is searching for a HRS Generalist.Responsibilities:
* Gain expertise and knowledge of the relevant field to meet business requirements
* Oversee multiple projects related to payroll scheme transformation, optimisation and stabilisation
* Oversee payroll validation and coordination with regional payroll team
* Implement best practices and increase internal efficiency
* Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
* Conduct analysis of the existing HR operation model to identify areas of improvement
* Act as the main point of contact for all legal entries in Japan
* Ensure effective employee lifecycle management
* Build strong relationships with HRBPs, HR solutions and regional central HR services personnel
Requirements:
* 7+ years of HR experience
* Background in payroll, social insurance, compensation and benefits
* Prior experience in a shared services centre environment
* Strong project management skills
* Expertise in labour law and payroll practices in Japan
* Outstanding influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
* Digital literacy
* Business level written and verbal English
