▼Provide deep understanding of local talent market, understand biz needs, overall your country or region ‘s biz strategy and partner with local executives to allow for a blend of view of local HR’s vision, strategy and operations and provides proper solution.
▼Leads Japan HR Team including coordinating and coaching, and development; also is a partner in developing and driving (strategic) business management agenda and HR initiatives.
▼Key focus areas include but are not limited to employee engagement and resolution to regional ad-hoc issues, talent acquisition strategy and employee’s retention, coaching leaders and managers on organizational challenges, identifying and recommending responses to accommodate to organization needs.

▼5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as head of HR for a multinational organization.
Highly business and solution & result oriented with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced working environment.
5年以上HR経験者応募可能!
▼Native Japanese, fluent communication in English.

- 想定年収1,000万円以上(幅広く調整可能)
