■Main Responsibilities
Retail performance management
- Continuously improve quantitative retail performance by identifying key factors of improvement, developing improvement plans, and implementing the measures for higher performance.
- Continuously elevate qualitative retail performance including hard and soft service with a close work with Retail team and store managers. Mystery shopping management and actions for MY improvement measures included.
- Continuously upgrade and modernize retail and store back office operations for the simple and effective back office work.
- Retail project management including EC implementation, new IT system implementation etc.
CRM
- CRM strategy – Develop CRM strategy by defining the target customer segment in line with the brand strategy and cost effectiveness.
- Customer database management - Plan, implement, and establish continuous and autonomous customer database management from qualitative data gathering to data maintenance.

Education:
・University graduate
Experience:
・Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail
・Studies or professional experience abroad preferable
・Oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English

‒ Strong communication skill with people of different fields
‒ Project management skill
‒ Strong problem solving skill – issue identification, analysis, and proposal development
