■MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for planning and executing CRM strategy and initiatives in order to strengthen the presence and contribute to retail, outlet and e-commerce sales. The position requires close communication with global teams and local stakeholders, in order to implement various types of CRM initiatives in a timely and accurate manner.
■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and assist CRM programs and manage various customer profiling requests.
Support the Marketing team’s branding, sales promotion and PR activities from a CRM perspective.
Create a monthly and annual report of the market’s CRM analysis.
Work closely with global CRM team for the market introduction of clienteling app, House Card Program, and the migration of the customer database.
Support ECOM and Retail activities through creation of EDM and other digital engagement tools.
Conduct analysis of customer data as required by internal stakeholders.

Preferably experience in the luxury retail and CRM/data analysis.
Proficiency of PC skills (At minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Business level English, fluent Japanese
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client orientation skills
