Your new company
Consulting business has expanded through out the Asian regions and is looking for a Legal member to join their team in cooperation and contribution for their step forward. The team is known t be very effective, efficient, and productive internally and would like to look for those who are legally, commercially open minded individual.
Your new role
Not only the general internal legal work, but would need internal training, consultation, and other legal matters in a wide range of fields, like M&A or company restructuring. If to be hired as manager, you will need to lead the team to manage people and ongoing tasks as well as projects close in communication with business units.
What you'll need to succeed
5 years or more experience in Corporate Legal (company or law firm) and has expertise and hands-on experience in handling legal contracts in Japanese. Preferred to have business English skills used in legal documentation work which is a plus.
What you'll get in return
The team is formed of members who also are from various backgrounds, has the deep knowledge and experiences for the team to be a very strong department internally/externally.
