* Facilitate customer onboarding

* Design and manage the customer success plan
* Educate clients regarding the company's products
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive internal engagement
* Perform root cause analysis
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is ideal
* 5+ years of work experience is a plus
* Fluent level Japanese; intermediate level English
