・Ensure aII items in the store(back of house included) are accurately recorded and stored appropriately, including packaging bags and uniforms
・Coordinate with retail department so that aII stores wilI follow Inventory management procedures
・Investigate inventory discrepancies: identify root cause of any inaccuracies, suggesting control points to mitigate shrinkage risk, and follow action plan with involved depart ments
・Validate each manuaI inventory adjustment and make sure each adjustment is properly booked.
・Ensure the transfer of the merchandise is compliant with locaI legaI and fiscaI framework
・Manage/drive each inventory management project following the global instruction and locol practice.
・Be responsible for the finance aspects of the inventory related to monthIy closure
・Provide monthIy inventory related analysis (shrinkage, domaged stock, aging analysis etc.)

- 必須

・Master‘s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
・4+ years of experience as Auditor, FinanciaI consultant or Controller with expertise over Inventory management control is preferable
・Expertise in accounting, budgeting, VAT
・Strong analyticaI and quantitative thinking skills (especiaIly concerning financiaI activities)
・Fluent English
・Project Management skilIs, being able to foresee any risk and anticipate backup solution or possible workaround — be the “d riving force” of inventory related projects
・Ability to work a flexible scheduIe inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends (mainIy for stock take)
