Your new role
* Coordinate and manage the overall operations of the Purchasing
* Ensure that all purchase order requests are properly documented and accounted
* Familiar with hygiene standards and perform hygiene audits
* Constantly keep abreast of new products, services and processes
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing (hospitality, FMCG or luxury industry preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
