You will be the backbone of the office operation and ensure it runs smoothly.- Manage complex calendar and scheduling, including meeting logistics and content development
- Arrange international travel itineraries with seamless logistics
- Assist with supporting calendar and administrative duties of other C-level executives, particularly the CFO and General Counsel.
- Organizing employee activities – annual parties, engagement activities
