• Responsibility for the online path to purchase and all associated activities
• Drive online development strategies on the E-Commerce Channel through definition of brands' segmentation and SKUs assortments appropriate to the website, in line with corporate qualitative classification
• Boost channel penetration by exploring potential new players/websites that match the brands' values, or new platforms of existing Brick & Mortar accounts entering the e-com business
• Direct management and leading conversations with Amazon Marketplace (business already well established)
• Initiating and developing sell-out activities, growing share of space through trade marketing plans, coordinating marketing activities with the support of marketing manager
• Coordinating cross-departmental activities that involve Marketing (Images, visuals, and SIS), Operations (liaise with CS and credit team creation of accounts) or Legal matters (supplier's agreement contracts)

• Knowing and understanding the online customer business models intimately
• Showing passion in building a strong relationship with each customer and listening to their needs
• Understanding the key performance indicators that make the online business model successful
• Able to multi-task and manage different account and projects simultaneously
• Fluent in both Japanese and English
• 3-5 years of B to B or B to C experience in managing customers in the e-commerce business.
• Sports or fashion industry is preferred
