■MISSION STATEMENT
Ensure achievement of sales target in Department Store, with direct responsibility in the accounts in East/West Region.
■WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
・Field Trainer, Counter Chief and Beauty Consultants (BC)
・Training team
・Marketing team
・Business Planning and Control Manager
■EXTERNAL RELATIONS
・Headquarter buyers, managers and executives of Department store
・Business partners related sales and retail activities
■MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
・Set up and manage sell-in and sell-out target and manage sell-in processes to achieve such targets
・Maintain good communication and enhance relationship with department stores/headquarters
・Negotiate new counter openings, existing counter renewals and trade condition with department stores/headquarters
・Consolidate sales results/analysis and identify issues base on them. Propose, implement and manage countermeasures for such issues within expense budget

■Education: University graduate
■Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in consumer goods sales, preferably with department stores and retail management. Also, team management experience is necessary.
■Language: Japanese native & English proficiency preferable
