ALLOCATION PLANNING
• Stock allocation to stores to maximize sales depending on the channel /category.
• Effective management of Target Stock Level coverage at stores for each item by monitoring average sales and forecasting future demand.
• With deep understanding of the Replenishment model, plan and maintain the target stock and the seasonal stock adjustment accordingly to the needs and annual events.
DELIVERY TRACKING
• Monitor a process of delivery/shipment in close collaboration with HQ distribution team in Italy and local Logistics team.
• Report weekly shipment status to drive a consistent delivery planning process that results in predictable execution around all aspects of shipment instruction management.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT/PLANNING
• Optimize End of Life stock and sales including Markdown and Outlet to achieve target inventory turns and sell-through.
• Track Aged inventory by season-year bucket to ensure the sell-through forecast is in line with HQ liquidation strategy.

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferable in Allocation Planning, Inventory Management or Supply/Demand Planning, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong Excel skills a must: Pivot tables, v-lookup, functions, merging tables.
• Systems and Tools: Have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly (MicroStrategy, TXT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work in a team environment, build positive relationship with partners.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Business level proficiency of spoken & written English (Intermediate level) is preferred. (Reading and writing are necessary skills)
