The CRM Coordinator’s responsibility is to work under the supervision of the Client Development Manager to develop and execute strategy to recruit, retain and upgrade customers. He/she helps implementation of the client development action plans and guidelines discussed transversally between BTQ, E-BTQ and HQ. Also, He/she works on strengthening client knowledge through the improved management of data collection of database and its subsequent use among our BTQs / E-BTQ, in both qualitative and quantitative ways.
■Your key accountabilities will include 3 main areas:
・Coordination of CRM & Clienteling Actions
・Qualitative and Quantitative Data Management
・Client Knowledge Analysis and Diffusion

・Structured and analytical mind – analysis / synthesis / planning abilities
・Computer literate
