This is a global US Fintech company that's currently expanding their business to Japan.
Your new role
70%: Admin
-Purchasing supplies (laptops, mobiles, SIM cards and such)
-Dealing with invoices
-Assisting with meetings
-Working closely with Country Manager -Organising corporate events
30%:Recruitment/HR
-Coordination of the interviews and recruiters
What you'll need to succeed
* 5-8 years of experience in Admin with some HR is preferred
* Someone who can take lots of Initiatives
* A bit of recruitment experience
