■業務内容:
[Men’s Allocation]
• Product launch management for newness, and stock control of Permanent/Cross Seasonal carry-overs of Men’s products:
• Weekly stock re-balance between stores / Seasonal rebalance for markdown
• Monthly re-balance between zones (US, EU, China & APAC), led by HQ
• Create sales and stock reports by SKU weekly /Analyze sales vs stock by SKU
• Special allocation to Pop-ups, Pop- ins, Gaisho Outposts, VIC events, and customers’ request
• Allocation to new/renewal Openings, system settings.
• Manage and support stock operational rules of stores
[Men’s Demand Planning & Forecasting]
• Monthly forecast of Permanents /Quarterly forecast of carry-overs in collaboration with Merchandisers.
• Request of additional stocks when it faces shortage.
[OFF -Price channel management]
・Monitor status change of the products (Full price, Markdown, Outlet & Family sale) led by HQ, and execute the inventory classification in store and local warehouse.

- Education: University Degree is preferable
■スキル・資格
- Fluent in Japanese Level is a MUST
- Intermediate English skill (doesn’t need to be fluent, but the basic written English skill is required)
- PC skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interested in Fashion
- Good communication skill especially the skill to communicate with stores
