仕事内容: ■MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
• Working closely with local teams － Retails, Finance, Visual Merchandising, IT, Store Manager － and HQ team, local architects, contractors, direct vendors to control costs, scheduling and quality of projects
• Prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets
• Collaborate with Legal Department to revise and comment Lease Agreements in regards to Store Planning technical duties
• Support HQ for selection and certification of new direct and Millwork Contractors
• Collect start－up information from Local Parties （Retail Managers, Partner, etc.） necessary to develop the design in accordance with Company commercial requirement
• Establish contact with LL technical team, to get guidelines and all necessary technical start－up location information
• Liaise and negotiate directly with LL on project timeline, regulations and cost

応募資格

必須: • Education: Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in high－end retail fit－out projects
• Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Attention to details with good analytical skills and is numerically sensitive
• Meticulous with effective planning and coordination skills
• Knowledge in construction regulations and requirements, remodeling and fitting－out projects
• Native level in Japanese, Excellent command in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, 3D software and Photoshop
