■Mission Statement
To achieve the sales target of assigned wholesale accounts(Retailers) to ensure the growth of the company sales and profitability, by improving relationship with key Retailers.
■Main Responsibilities:
・Execution of annual strategic plan within the assigned wholesale clients
- Align with annual commercial plan to drive client sales, and maximize sales to exceed monthly target and yearly target
- Analyze the market situation including the competitors’ information and prepare periodical sales report.
- Manage sales expenses within the budget
- Work with Marketing team regarding store display advertising and commercial tools to show store presentation aligned with brand image.
・Management of the relationship and development of partnerships with key accounts.

Education:
・University Graduate, with major in business, marketing
Experience:
・Sales experience in Retail (luxury watches preferable)
もしくは、法人営業の経験があり、時計に興味を持てる方
Skills/Abilities:
・Ability to plan, implement and monitor a sales database
・Ability to manage project, plan budget, prioritize multi-tasking and control deadlines
・Strong negotiation skills
・MS Office competency
Personality:
・Results-driven and objective oriented person
・International exposure, responsible, flexible, independent, hard worker, trustworthy
Language:
・Business English communication skills
