An innovative educational organisation is searching for a Customer Success Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Design support materials for sales personnel
* Meet customer expectations through effective engagement
* Streamline the registration procedure
* Drive product implementation success
* Handle feedback gathering and internal escalations
* Work with internal teams to provide the optimal client experience
Requirements:
* 3+ years of customer success experience
* Background in multiple project management
* Previous experience in deploying marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
* Excellent time and project management abilities
* Advanced relationship-building skills
* Native level English; intermediate level Japanese (JLPT N2+ is ideal)
