A fast-growing IT consulting firm is looking to fill a Head of Sales position.Responsibilities:
* Handle sales operations in Japan
* Lead the creation and implementation of demand generation strategies
* Share product value propositions with account staff and customers
* Drive client satisfaction and revenue growth by handling customer engagement activities
* Identify new customers within various industries
* Provide leadership to sales personnel
Requirements:
* Previous engineering and R&D experience
* Experience in sales within various sectors in Japan
* Professional experience in automotive, technology, communications, industrial, and medical sectors is ideal
* Advanced people management skills
* Strong client and OEM networks in Japan
* Bilingual level Japanese and English
