■MAIN PURPOSE
The Retail HR Assistant Manager is responsible for developing, proposing and implementing policies and programs in the HR area covering retail talent management (acquisition, performance management, training & development), employee relations, organization development and planning as well as related HR matters, as HRBP, with supporting Retail HR Manager.
The Retail HR Assistant Manager will partner with his/her client in order to understand business strategies, analyze business needs, make recommendations and decisions in strong partnership with Retail management team and develops and promotes HR initiatives to further the strategic goals of the business.
The Retail HR Assistant Manager will handle HR administration job in cooperation with adm. Team.

■Education:
- University degree or Plus
■Experience:
- At least 5 years of solid experience working as an HR professional as a generalist / BP in Retail Industry.
- Experience in recruitment activities in a high volume, multicultural, fast-paced environment, using Japanese and
English at office.
■Requirements:
- Ability to dive into the details with analytical approach
- Good communication skills: Native-level Japanese speaker and Business fluent English
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project leading experience is a plus
-Standard knowledge of Japanese Labour low.
- Business English is mandatory. (TOEIC 800 over)
