■AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES
1)Identifying how global communications can be adapted to be implemented to local initiatives for more effective communications.
2)Analyze current social media trends and platforms, proposing fresh ideas to adopt these trends and new platforms to improve brand awareness.
3)Creates comprehensive Social action plans for key projects with the aim to maximize brand or product exposure by analyzing digital marketing and social media metrics, proposing ways to engage the community better
4)Develops Social Calendar rollout plans that are in line with the marketing plan and time frame
5)Manage Digital Dashboard (ie: Track/analyze what was posted to improve better)
6)Constantly liaises with Trade Marketing, Sports Marketing, Retail and Sales and with other communications disciplines to ensure smooth implementation (ie: Work closely with marketing team for community building campaigns and efforts)

•Approximately 5+ years working experiences in Social Media & Digital Marketing Field
•Fluent English mandatory
■Skills
Technical Skills and Professional Knowledge
•Deep understanding of UX (User Experience) in SNS via PC and Smart Phones
•Deep understanding of brand communication
•Fulfilment Japanese and English
•Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.
•Proficient with Microsoft Words and Excel are added advantage
•Thorough understanding of social media and social media analytics
•Knowledge of SEO techniques
•Website design, Photoshop or Design software experience is added advantage
•Soft Skill – Leadership skill to supervise and to handle a project independently
